Reports

Reports give you a detailed view of Fleet Complete data.  They can be used for many purposes including fleet management and assessment of driver behaviour; all of which provide benefits for your business needs.

 

The following rules are available:

  • Activity

  • Asset Temperature

  • Distance

  • Engine Diagnostics (Fault Details)

  • Engine Diagnostics (Fault Summary)

  • Engine Measurement

  • Event

  • Fleet Performance

  • Idle

  • Last Position

  • POI

  • Position

  • Speeding

  • Stop 

  • Trip

HOW TO RUN A REPORT

Steps:
  1. From the Tracking screen, click the Menu Bar icon on the top left-hand corner to access the Navigation Panel

  2. Click Reporting 

  3. Click the Reports submenu item

  4. From the Report Type drop-down arrow, select one of the available reports

  5. From the Date Range drop-down arrow, select the desired date range

  6. To include Asset Types in the report, click the Asset Type drop-down arrow and select the radio button next to the Asset Type(s) to include in the report, or

  7. Search and click the Radio Buttons next to the asset Description(s) to include specific assets in the report

  8. From the Work Hours drop-down arrow, select the desired work schedule

  9. Click the Generate Button

HOW TO ADJUST THE REPORT LAYOUT

Steps:
  1. Click the Customize View button 

  2. Click the Sort By button to sort the columns alphabetically 

  3. Click the Group By button to group the report by a specific column 

  4. Click the Upward arrow to sort in ascending order (A to Z)

  5. Alternatively, click the Downward arrow to sort in descending order (Z to A)

  6. To  hide a column header from the report, uncheck it from the list of available columns  

  7. Click the Save button

HOW TO ADD CUSTOM REPORT

Steps:
  1. Complete steps 1-3 from How to Run a Report 

  2. Click the Add Custom View button

  3. Type a Name for the custom report

  4. Complete the steps to Sort, Group or Hide columns in the report as necessary

  5. Click the Save button​
     

Note: You can Access the list of your custom reports from the Report Type drop-down arrow

HOW TO EXPORT A REPORT

Steps:
  1. Complete steps 1-8 from How to Run a Report 

  2. Complete the steps to Sort, Group or Hide columns in the report as necessary

  3. Click the Export button to access the export options

  4. To Email the report, click the drop-down arrow and select your preferred export method

  5. In the Enter Email field, type one or email addresses separated by semicolons

  6. Click the Email button

  7. Alternatively, to Download the report, in the download report section click the format drop-down arrow and select the preferred download method

  8. Click the Download button​
